Amit was actively involved in several ventures, including a partnership in the innovative 'Butter - The Bakery,' known for its unique take on culinary delights, along with other food and event enterprises. Zayed brought his expertise from running a thriving leather factory, Joslon Limited. As they shared insights and aspirations, the concept of a luxury leather goods brand emerged. They envisioned a brand that could offer something utterly unique to the Bangladeshi market—unparalleled quality combined with breathtaking elegance.

As the idea of 'Dutchman' took shape during a relaxed evening of brainstorming between Amit and Zayed, the duo realized the potential of their vision but recognized they needed strategic prowess to bring it to market. That's when they thought of Munawwar, known for his strategic marketing insight and deep understanding of building successful teams. With Munawwar on board, the team's capabilities were significantly enhanced, paving the way for Ehsan to join. Initially launching as a luxury leather goods brand, Dutchman quickly set out to craft a range of carefully designed products including wallets, MacBook sleeves, executive bags, duffle bags, backpacks, desk mats, and various other accessories. Each product is crafted to meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, aiming to offer comprehensive luxury solutions to the discerning customer. Their ambition stretches far beyond leather, planning to evolve Dutchman into a 360 lifestyle brand that will eventually encompass apparel, accessories, and even home decor.
