By placing an order, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. All prices listed are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and reflect retail rates. Please note, prices do not include taxes, duties, import fees set by your local authorities, or service, payment, and delivery charges unless otherwise specified. Dutchman Lifestyle reserves the right to update any incorrect prices without prior notice. Customs policies differ by country, so we cannot predict these charges in advance. Any additional costs, including taxes and import duties, are the buyer’s responsibility once your Dutchman products arrive in your country.

We accept payments via bKash and Cash on Delivery (available only within Dhaka Metro).

At Dutchman Lifestyle, your card details are encrypted via a secure SSL protocol during transactions, ensuring that no unauthorized person can access your information. For added security, we may request further correspondence if we suspect a fraudulent order.

Delivery timelines depend on our courier’s ability to maintain their regular schedules. While delays are rare, Dutchman Lifestyle cannot be held responsible for courier delays. Please remember, delivery estimates refer to business days only.

Occasionally, items listed on dutchmanlifestyle.com may be out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you promptly. If you're interested in a product that’s temporarily unavailable, you can click the ‘Notify Me’ button and enter your email to receive an alert when it's back in stock. We reserve the right to cancel orders if the stock level or pricing was incorrect when you placed your order. If we are unable to fulfill your order under these Terms & Conditions, we will contact you and offer the option to cancel.

All Dutchman products are crafted from premium-quality natural leather, which means slight variations in color and texture may occur. These differences should be seen as unique characteristics, not defects. We also advise keeping leather items protected from rain and moisture.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, war, government sanctions, natural disasters, or other similar events beyond our control, we reserve the right to partially or fully suspend the fulfillment of our obligations. In such cases, we will do our best to notify you of any disruptions.

All products purchased from dutchmanlifestyle.com can be returned to the delivery person upon receipt if you are unsatisfied. Simply ensure the goods are in their original packaging and condition. Once the returned items are received and approved, we will refund the purchase price to your account.

Dutchman Lifestyle offers a 30-day warranty that covers any manufacturing or material defects found during normal use. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, poor maintenance, or unauthorized actions. If any defects are found, please notify us within 30 days. Items may be returned for repair, exchange, or, if agreed upon, a refund.
